Founded by a specialist with an MSc in Health Ergonomics and a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Health Nursing, ErgoCotton brings together deep academic knowledge and real‑world OH experience — and turns it into something your team can actually feel.

Born from a simple belief.
ErgoCotton was born from a simple belief: work should feel as natural, comfortable, and supportive as cotton.
After years working in occupational health and studying the science of human comfort, we kept seeing the same pattern across very different workplaces — people struggling with discomfort, preventable injuries, and environments that didn't support their bodies or their health.
Many SMEs wanted to do better, but lacked the guidance, confidence, or resources to do it well. Health surveillance was often reactive. Ergonomics was treated as an afterthought. And employees were left to "make do" with setups that didn't work for them.
We knew there was a better way — quieter, kinder, and grounded in evidence. ErgoCotton was created to bring that knowledge to the businesses who need it most: a brand that blends ergonomic expertise with the softness, comfort, and natural ease symbolised by the cotton tree.
